There are many ways to engage with these modules, but our recommended approach is outlined below. This worksheet can be a helpful tool when thinking about how to assemble your team. 

Before Beginning

A member of the school leadership team gathers a School Design Team:

  • 1-2 teachers
  • Instructional coaches/other leaders responsible for training and coaching staff
  • 1- 2 students
  • 1 -2 parents or community members

Section 1:

Gear Up & Get Inspired

Gather the Design Team to learn together about the content in this section, perhaps displaying it on a screen while others follow along on their computers or on printouts.

Section 2:

Dive In & Try It Out

This is a great place to divide and conquer, assigning different activities to different team members.

Section 3:

Capture Insights & Create Solutions

Bring your team back together to share learning and generate solutions.

Section 4:

Launch & Measure Impact

This might be delegated to a smaller group within the team to codify the plans and communicate back with the community.
