Purpose:
You can use these cards to guide conversations and amplify student voices. Whether you’re a teacher interviewing students or a student interviewing peers, your role is to support and facilitate open, honest discussions.
Tips:
Speak openly, fairly, and respectfully.
Listen carefully, allowing everyone the space to share.
Contribute without dominating the conversation.
Consider using AI transcription tools to document accurately while staying engaged in the conversation.
It’s fine if you don’t finish every card—make time to revisit later if needed.
Your vision statement is a snapshot of the future you’re working to create. Use it to align your team around a shared goal.
