A Case for Change summarizes insights about the local community, highlighting its past, present, and future, and articulating a need for change. It explains the forces driving this need and how your innovation efforts can address it, fostering a shared understanding and commitment to reimagining the school. This document is essential for building support and driving action toward transforming your school model. It includes three important parts: assessing the current state of student experiences, outlining hopes and opportunities for improvement, and focusing on innovative ideas to meet identified needs.
