Take your LX pilot plan to the community and actively gather feedback.
Engage with students, caregivers, teachers, and other key stakeholders to capture their thoughts, questions, and ideas. This step will ensure that your plan is aligned with the community’s needs and aspirations.
Use the graphic organizer to capture what you’ve heard.
Once you’ve collected feedback, synthesize the insights during a meeting with the School Design Team. Look for common themes, key takeaways, and actionable suggestions. Use this analysis to refine your LX plan and ensure that it resonates with your audience and enhances the overall learning experience.
Share Back With Your Community
Now that you’ve synthesized insights and developed your LX plan, the next step is to share it with your community.
Open and regular communication is key to building support and keeping stakeholders informed about your vision. Engage your community through various formats, like a parent/caregiver newsletter, a school presentation, or a district meeting. Each venue offers a chance to gather feedback, build momentum, and create collective ownership of this transformative learning journey.
